Outer Banks Food Expo planned for Tuesday

In response to growing customer demand for produce, seafood and meats from local sources, the Weeping Radish in Jarvsiburg is sponsoring the first “Outer Banks Food Expo.” Designed for industry professionals, the expo will bring together a food producers from land and sea with chefs, restaurant and speciality grocery store owner.

Liberty Tree Dedicated

     Bob Kohler of the American Legion Post 288 orchestrated the donation of a Liberty Tree to both of our new Elementary schools, Shawboro and Jarvisburg.
