Currituck Commissioner Owen Etheridge
Currituck County Commissioner J. Owen Etheridge, Jr., has been appointed to a one-year term as an at-large member of the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners’ Board of Directors by NCACC President Kenneth Edge, a Cumberland County Commissioner.
