		<description><![CDATA[	Unknown callers made bomb threats within an hour of each other against two local banks Friday.  The firs call came Friday around 10:00 a.m. to The Bank of Hampton Roads location just north of the NC/VA State line in Moyock.  According to a press release from the City of Chesapeake, the caller demanded an undisclosed sum of money be placed in a car and driven to a location in North Carolina.  The caller went on to state that if the bank did not comply, a bomb placed at the bank would be detonated.]]></description>
