Brenda will be missed by many. She was a wonderful lady and contributed much to Currituck. Thoughts and prayers to her family
Brenda was the reporter with a twist.
She was a friend to so many organizations and neither rain nor shine nor noreaster would keep her from covering the events. She did not JUST report. She came out to our events and was intimately involved with the events, the members, the speakers, the guests. She was a part of us and we were a part of her. And her stories always captured our essence because Brenda knew us all personally and she liked us & took the time to know us. She was a Currituckian first and always. I am really missing my dear friend. There is a hole in my heart. I miss you.
