The North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center, is sponsoring a Bonsai Class on Saturday, March 13, 2010. Cost is $50.00. The instructor will be Ronnie Baum, of the Virginia Bonsai Society. This class is for beginners and those already familiar with the art of Bonsai. A variety of plant material will be offered. All supplies are provided and lunch is included. The class will be held at the North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center facility in Barco, NC next to Central Elementary School.
