The International Space Station will be visible to area residents three times Monday and Tuesday of the coming week.
* At 10:43 p.m. Monday evening, the space station will be visible for approximately 5 minutes. The Space Station will appear as a solid white light rising in the West and moving to the north-northeast approximately 31 degrees above the horizon.
* At 5:07 a.m. Tuesday morning, the space station will be visible for appoximately 5 minutes. The Space Station will rise in the northwest and pass nearly directly overhead toward the southeast. The Space Station will reach a maximum elevation of 87 degrees. 90 degrees is directly overhead.
* At 9:32 p.m. Tuesday evening the space station will be visible for approximately 6 minutes. The Space Station will rise in the southwest and pass to the northeast at approximately 70 degrees above the horizon.
