Learn how to prevent the aches and pains associated with working outside during a “Healthy Gardening” seminar on Saturday, January 10, 2009.
The Cooperative Extension will host this session, which will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Extension facility in Barco. This program is free and open to the public.
Come learn how to take care of yourself as well as you take care of your plants!
