Party, Vicky Lynn - Obituary
Vicky Lynn Party, 51, of Powells Point, NC, died Wednesday, November 26, 2008, at her residence. Ms. Party was born in Norfolk, VA and spent her childhood years in Baltimore, MD. She was the daughter of the late Louis Eugene Party and Betty Louise Carter Party. Vicky loved to spend time at the beach with her daughter and many friends. After she became unable to go onto the beach because of illness, she and her friends formed the OBX Pool Crashers, which created many great times and fond memories for her daughter.
Ms. Party is survived by her loving daughter, Ashley Rhiannon Party of Powells Point; cousin, Dawn Mills of Baltimore; her two cats, Angel and Krimpet; two grand-cats, Mini and Pumpkin; and many, many other special friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 8, 2008 at 2:00 pm, at the Cavalier Motel, Mile Post 9.5, Kill Devil Hills, NC. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family in care of Ashley Party, 125 Wild Geese Ct. Apt C8, Powells Point, NC 27966. Twiford Funeral Home is assisting the Party family.
